What is covered and what is not covered under the travel insurance policy?
Apart from covering medical expenses the policy also covers checked baggage loss, baggage delay, loss of passport, personal accident etc. Expenses incurred directly or indirectly in respect of: Travelling against the advice of the physician; for obtaining treatment; pre- existing ailments & complications arising out of them; Suicide or attempted suicide; war; terrorism; dangerous sports etc are not covered.
