Designation: Assistant Manager-Operations

Location: Delhi

Purpose of the Role: To provide a competitive quote, and service the client’s insurance needs


Roles and Responsibilities:-

» Preparing RFQs

» Dealing with insurers

» Claim settlement

» Maintain excellent working relationships with clients

» Clear understanding of insurance policies

» Visiting clients as per their requirements

» Works in collaboration with the team members

» Establishing a customer centric relationships with client

» Result Oriented

» Excellent communications & presentation skills

» Should be a team player


Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualification Bachelor's degree is the basic minimum. Any PG qualification or additional degree in the insurance domain will be an advantage. Licentiate / Associate in Insurance would be added advantage


Years of experience: 1-2 years of experience in General Insurance &/or Broking Company.
